At Ash & Ember®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Ash & Ember® boxes to ensure they are protected during transit, including all tags and inserts.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
